BACKGROUND
Growing up in New England with parents who collected American Folk Art and Antiques, meant weekend drives to the unknown. Wandering roads that led to rare items, and an eye for the exceptional. After living in New Orleans, London, and New York, and travelling the world collecting furniture and accessories, Workshoppe Design emerged in 2011 to bring the thrill of the hunt to client's homes. RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS
HOME AT THE BEACH
This classic, shingle style, Cape Cod home, needed some modern design to reflect the tween family living here.
THE SUBURBS
This home was completely reimagined to create a forever home. The family loves to cook, so the dining room needed to be one they could use on a monday night if the right meal moved them.
CITY LIVING
The owners of this space wanted a Home Office/Adult Den that was warm and inspiring. Unfortunately, their teenage sons like it just as much as they do.
MODERN FARMHOUSE
It was important to our clients to retain the 1800's farmhouse feel, while incorporating modern and mid century heirlooms. The butcher block side table was used in a Brooklyn Chicken Market owned by the client's grandfather.
